DCL Logistics is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst/Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to build and scale the FP&A function from the ground up. You will partner with the Director of Finance to deliver forward‑looking insights and robust financial modeling that informs strategic decisions.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, executive storytelling, and cross‑functional collaboration, driving performance, efficiency, and accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Advanced experience building integrated financial models, scenarios, and forecasts.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, data modeling).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools.
• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead FP&A to establish scalable insights and reporting.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and planning with data integration into monthly reporting.
• Executive reporting and storytelling with concise narratives and insights.
• Cross-functional partnership with Finance and accounting for accurate monthly packages.
• Lead BI tool enhancements and data automation initiatives.
