Vaco Recruiter Services is seeking an Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A to partner with executive leadership on enterprise-wide planning, reporting, and strategy across a diverse, multi-brand portfolio. You will drive consolidations, forecasting, and long-range planning while shaping executive decision-making.

The role emphasizes leadership of FP&A, KPI development, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and Treasury.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A, financial reporting, consolidation, or related finance experience.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and executive presentations.
• Experience in multi-unit, consumer, retail, hospitality, franchise, or similar complex operating environments preferred.
• Experience with enterprise planning and reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidations, forecasts, and operating plans.
• Create executive-ready reporting, KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and leadership presentations.
• Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and capital planning processes.
