Dr. Martens is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead planning, forecasting, and performance management for the Wholesale channel. You will deliver actionable insights and financial leadership to enable growth, margin protection, and operational efficiency.

This role partners with channel leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure financial decisions are grounded in robust analysis and aligned with strategic priorities, while driving continuous improvement and automation in FP&A processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Proven FP&A experience in consumer goods, footwear, retail, or a similar sector.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range planning for Wholesale channels.
• Deliver monthly variance analysis with budget/forecast comparisons and actionable insights.
• Provide scenario modelling and ROI analysis for pricing, promotions, and investments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing and Tech on integrated planning.
• Drive process improvements and automation in FP&A workflows.
