Timberland is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A for Wholesale Americas to lead financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic partnering across the region. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
• 8+ years progressive finance experience including FP&A or business-facing leadership.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leaders to drive decisions and results.
• Strong FP&A knowledge: planning, forecasting, performance management, P&L ownership.
• Ability to lead complex planning processes and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent business partnering, influencing skills and credibility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as finance business partner to the Americas Wholesale leadership, guiding strategy and profitability.
• Lead the Wholesale Americas strategic plan, annual operating plan, forecasts, and in-season updates.
• Own end-to-end financial performance reviews across revenue, gross margin, SG&A, and working capital.
• Provide timely analysis of drivers, risks, and opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Drive accountability through reviews and performance management to align with objectives.
• Lead the regional in-season forecasting and communicate demand trends and financial outlook.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Merchandising, Demand Planning, Operations and Brand teams on opportunities and investments.
• Support decision-making with financial analysis and scenario planning.
• Identify and implement reporting improvements for forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team and foster a culture of accountability.
