Job summary

WHOOP is seeking an FP&A Manager to partner with the Wholesale organization, driving forecast accuracy, profitability, and strategic financial planning. The role focuses on revenue, units, gross margin, and key drivers across retailers and products, with collaboration across finance and commercial teams.

The position requires advanced modeling, strong analytics, and experience with Excel/Sheets and analytical tools. Relocation to the Boston office is expected for on-site work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years FP&A or analytics experience.
• Strong modeling and forecasting skills.
• Understanding of revenue and channel economics.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets; SQL or Python a plus.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with AI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Finance business partner for Wholesale to drive growth and profitability.
• Own and improve planning, budgeting, forecasting, and re-forecasting for Wholesale.
• Identify variances, risks, and opportunities; update financial outlook accordingly.
• Manage wholesale margin and channel economics; assess retailer profitability.
• Support decisions on new retailer partnerships, pricing, promotions, and assortment.
• Assist in transitioning to an EPM system and improving finance processes.
