Job summary

Dr. Martens seeks a Senior FP&A Manager to drive planning, forecasting, and performance management for Digital and Rewear channels.

You will provide actionable insights to enable profitable growth, margin protection, and operational efficiency, partnering with channel leadership and cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes scenario modelling, ROI analysis, and continuous improvement of FP&A processes leveraging tools like Power BI and OneStream.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.
Proven FP&A or commercial finance experience, preferably in footwear, fashion, retail, or consumer-focused industry.
Strong business and financial acumen with ability to understand drivers of revenue, margin and profitability.
Ability to drive high-quality financial analysis to support decision-making.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range planning for assigned channels.
Deliver monthly results packs with variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year.
Provide scenario modelling and ROI analysis for pricing, promotions, and channel investments.
Partner with commercial teams to optimise margin, ASP, and markdown strategies.
Monitor and manage operating expenses across channels to drive efficiency.
Maintain and enhance FP&A dashboards and reporting tools for real-time visibility.
