Dr. Martens is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead planning, forecasting, and performance management across Wholesale. This role partners with channel leadership to ensure financial decisions are grounded in robust analysis and aligned with strategic priorities.

The position focuses on budgeting, variance analysis, and ROI assessment for pricing, promotions, and market entries, with strong emphasis on margin optimisation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.
• Proven FP&A experience in retail/consumer industries.
• Strong Excel, Power BI and financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and long-range planning for assigned channels.
• Deliver monthly results with variance analysis and insights.
• Provide ROI analysis for pricing, promotions, and market entries.
• Improve margin and mix, driving gross margin improvement.
• Monitor Opex and drive cost efficiency.
• Maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time KPIs.
