Servier is seeking a strategic, enterprise-minded Senior Director, FP&A to lead FP&A for its U.S. business during a period of growth and portfolio expansion. Reporting to the U.S.

CFO, this leader will oversee budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial reporting, and decision support while advising on capital allocation and prioritization. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, incl. FP&A and decision support.
• Experience in biopharma, biotech, or life sciences preferred.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for senior leaders.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with SAP, Power BI/Tableau, and Adaptive Planning.
• Experience with preclinical/clinical development, commercial operations, or small molecules.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating planning, rolling forecasting, and multi-year planning.
• Provide executive financial insight and scenario modeling for capital allocation.
• Oversee performance management, risks, opportunities, and drivers.
• Partner with Accounting, Business, and Global Finance for reporting and governance.
• Lead complex financial modeling for investments and portfolio expansion.
• Advance FP&A systems, dashboards, KPIs, and BI tools.
• Develop executive-ready financial narratives for Leadership discussions.
• Build and scale a high-performing FP&A team with accountability culture.
