Job summary

Servier is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A Business Partner in the United States to serve as a strategic financial partner to the leadership team. You will lead annual budgeting, monthly rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic planning, guiding department heads with data-driven insights in a fast-paced, global setting.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and proven team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA and/or CPA highly preferred.
• 6+ years in finance with 3–5 years in a management/lead FP&A role in a global setting.
• GAAP and IFRS knowledge; advanced Excel and financial modeling.
• ERP systems (SAP) and BI tools (Power BI, Adaptive, Tableau).
• Strong analytical ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Proven leadership in managing teams in a matrixed, global organization.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the annual budget and multi-year financial plans.
• Manage monthly and quarterly rolling forecasts; identify risks and opportunities.
• Oversee monthly financial reviews with deep-dive variance analysis.
• Act as a primary financial advisor to department heads and executives.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPIs for senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and data integrity.
• Support month-end close, including accruals and intercompany transactions.
