Job summary

Servier is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A Business Partner in Boston to drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. This role partners with senior leaders, leads a team, and ensures strong financial controls in a fast-paced, global environment.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in finance with FP&A leadership, strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and expertise in SAP and BI tools. Excellent communication and collaborative leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.
• 6+ years in finance with 3–5 years in FP&A leadership in a global setting.
• Strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge; advanced Excel modeling; ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive annual budget and multi-year financial plans.
• Lead monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts and risk assessment.
• Oversee monthly performance reviews with variance analyses.
• Partner with department heads to optimize resources and profitability.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPIs for leadership.
• Improve FP&A processes, including reporting automation and data integrity.
