The Director FP&A leads forecasting, AOP, and long-range planning while partnering with Product, Commercial, Accounting, Controllership, ERP, Dover Digital, and Dover Corporate to strengthen visibility and scale

Qualifications

• Strategic, commercially oriented FP&A leader.
• Experience in forecasting, AOP, LRPs and performance management.
• Experience with software, SaaS, manufacturing, or technology-enabled businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth.
• Prepare executive and board analyses and reviews.
