Job summary

Servier Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A Business Partner to act as a strategic financial partner to the leadership team. You will lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasts, and long-term planning in a fast-paced, global setting, collaborating with department heads and executives.

The role requires strong analytical ability, business acumen, and leadership to drive resource allocation and profitability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA and/or CPA is highly preferred.
• Experience: 6+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a management or lead role within an FP&A function, preferably in a global setting.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS; Excel and advanced financial modeling; ERP systems (SAP) and BI tools (Power BI, Adaptive, Tableau).
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic recommendations with attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, able to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing teams and partnering across functions in a matrixed, global organization.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Develop annual budget and multi-year strategic plans aligned with objectives.
• Forecasting: Manage monthly and quarterly rolling forecasts, identify risks and opportunities.
• Performance Analysis: Prepare monthly financial reviews with deep-dive variance analysis.
• Business Partnering: Advise department heads and executives with data-driven insights to optimize resources.
• Management Reporting: Create executive dashboards and KPIs to track performance.
• Process Excellence: Improve FP&A processes, automate reporting, improve data integrity.
• Financial accuracy and controls: Support month-end close, accruals, and intercompany transactions.
