Servier Pharmaceuticals seeks a strategic Senior Director, FP&A to lead U.S. FP&A during growth and portfolio expansion. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial reporting, and strategic decisions with senior leadership.

You will build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, scale planning systems, and partner with Accounting, Business, and Global Finance to ensure data integrity and governance. Travel ~15%; hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership, FP&A, and decision support.
• Experience in biopharmaceuticals or life sciences.
• Translate complex data into strategic narratives for senior leaders.
• Proficient with SAP, Power BI/Tableau, and Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide annual operating planning and rolling forecasting.
• Provide executive financial insight and strategic recommendations.
• Oversee performance management, risks, and drivers.
• Partner with Accounting, Business, and Global Finance for reporting and governance.
• Lead financial modeling for investments, M&A, and portfolio expansion.
• Advance FP&A systems, dashboards, and KPIs for decision support.
• Develop executive-ready financial narratives for Leadership discussions.
