Job summary

AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, to support the Finance department with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. The role will partner with Operations to analyze margins and KPI performance across business units and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related master's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.
• Healthcare/HME experience is a plus.
• Experience with cost analysis and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Work with department managers to create corporate budgets.
• Develop forecast templates and real-time cash forecasting reports.
• Analyze margins and KPI performance by business unit.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to senior management.
• Ensure consistency with financial policies and procedures.
