You will build data models, lead cost-structure analysis, and guide system modernization while partnering with IT, Operations, andClinical Services to enable data-driven decisions in a high-growth healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or finance transformation experience.
• Industry experience in healthcare or managed care preferred.
• Strong analytical and modeling capabilities with effective communication.
• Experience leading cross-functional finance projects and system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Develop data models linking operational KPIs to financial outcomes.
• Build and monitor fixed vs variable cost frameworks across departments.
• Lead modernization of forecasting and budgeting with real-time data.
• Collaborate with leaders to define and report KPI financial impact.
• Lead selection and implementation of a new financial planning system.
• Drive cross-functional adoption of new financial tools and practices.
