HMH seeks a highly analytical Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across our global operations. You will partner with regional and functional leaders to provide actionable insights and robust forecasting models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five years in FP&A or related finance role.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and forecasting skills.
• Experience in finance management within a global organization is preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and data analysis tools knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning across multiple units and regions.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models for revenue, gross margin, SG&A, EBITDA, cash flow, and working capital.
• Analyze monthly results, variances, and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
• Partner with operations to incorporate business drivers into forecasts.
• Monitor profitability trends and cost performance.
• Prepare executive presentations and dashboards translating data into clear insights.
• Coordinate cash forecasting with Treasury and Operations.
• Lead monthly reviews across functions to align actual results with forecast.
• Support financial narrative for quarterly earnings calls and board materials.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve profitability and growth.
