Job summary

Fusion HCR is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide actionable financial insights that support strategic decisions and drive performance in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will own budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis, and reporting for leadership, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 4 years in FP&A or corporate finance, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, advanced formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) preferred.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
• Perform variance analysis by comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts, identifying key business drivers.
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and operational decision-making.
• Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple departments.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create dashboards to communicate financial performance.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support business opportunities, pricing strategies, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Improve financial reporting processes through automation and continuous process improvement.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with company financial policies and reporting standards.
