Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and forecasting skills.
• Experience in a global organization with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long‑range planning across units and regions.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models for revenue, gross margin, SG&A, EBITDA, cash flow, and working capital.
• Analyze monthly results, variances, and KPIs to deliver actionable insights for strategy.
• Partner with operations to understand drivers and incorporate changes into forecasts.
• Prepare executive dashboards and financial packages translating data into insights.
• Lead monthly reviews to align actual results with forecast and budget.
