Southwest Airlines is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to drive long-term planning and support commercial initiatives from our Dallas headquarters. You will build and maintain financial models, analyze complex scenarios, and deliver insights to inform strategic decisions across Finance, Fleet, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.

• Work with large data sets to develop insights for forecasts and plans.
• Develop and maintain financial models for long-term planning and initiatives.
• Prepare reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual planning.
• Collaborate with Finance Leadership and other departments to align on targets.
• Create dashboards and ad-hoc analyses to support decision making.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data and assumptions.
