Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an FP&A Manager to deliver financial planning and analysis support to the executive leadership. The role focuses on SG&A, corporate allocations, and consolidated reporting, driving forecasting, budgeting, results reporting, and ad hoc analysis to improve profitability.

You will consolidate cross-functional data, identify key business insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Or equivalent combination of education, professional training and experience
• Demonstrates curiosity, sound business judgment, and the ability to translate financial information into clear, practical business insights.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, BI dashboards, and accessing ERP systems; able to use reporting tools to improve analysis, visibility, and recurring reporting.
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with complex reporting requirements and large data sets while maintaining accuracy
• Effective communicator with the ability to summarize financial results, risks, opportunities, and business drivers
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credible working relationships
• Collaborative team member who is willing to support peers, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement of Finance processes and reporting
• Maintains strong ethics, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive financial information

Responsibilities

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning inputs for SG&A, Corporate Allocations, and Consolidated Reporting.
• Coordinate with FP&A peers and business partners to gather inputs for forecast and budget submissions.
• Support close reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for shared services functions.
• Provide financial analysis and business insight to support operating plans and profitability.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, including variance and trend analyses, and provide financial statement support.
• Summarize financial results with key drivers, risks, and opportunities for leadership.
• Assist with reporting packages, presentations, and dashboards for Finance and Executive Leadership.
• Contribute to corporate reporting requests and consolidation analyses.
• Build and improve financial models and analyses for decision-making and management reporting.
• Validate results with Accounting and FP&A peers, explain variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Perform profitability analyses for customers, products, and functions.
• Support ad hoc analyses and strategic projects with fact-based insights.
• Use systems to streamline reporting and automate processes.
• Collaborate with Operations and other teams to resolve reporting issues and improve consistency.
• Prepare consolidated sales, intercompany and incentive reporting with variance explanations.
• Assist with acquisition integration and pro-forma reporting as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
