Behavior Frontiers, LLC is seeking a full-time FP&A Manager to join our finance team and lead the planning, analysis and budgeting functions to support rapid growth in healthcare services. The role requires 5+ years in FP&A or accounting and strong Excel/VBA modeling skills.

You will work with department leaders to ensure targets are met, drive KPI dashboards, and deliver timely executive reports. This position offers competitive compensation and benefits, and requires the ability to operate in

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting, finance or FP&A experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare services industry is preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and a cooperative attitude.
• Must be self-directed, exercise initiative, discretion and seek guidance as appropriate.
• Ability to effectively and professionally represent Behavior Frontiers to external sources/vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective planning, organizational skills, time management and prioritization; high attention to detail and ability to make good decisions and program solve.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, flexible and adaptable.
• Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills using Pivot Tables and VBA preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365: Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Able to clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting

Mansioni

• Develop a “best-in-class” FP&A organization to support aggressive growth plans.
• Oversee all financial planning, analysis, budgeting and forecasting functions; drive budgets/forecasts; establish timelines and templates; prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Guide financial decision-making with timely and accurate insights.
• Establish budget/forecast process guidelines for Executive review and approval.
• Collaborate with department leaders to meet targets and financial objectives.
• Monitor financial condition and conduct monthly variance analyses.
• Oversee monthly operating expense variance analyses and reporting to senior management.
• Drive KPI and metric development and dashboards, including financial models.
• Conduct valuations and financial modeling to assess opportunities, including M&A activities.
• Support variable compensation programs based on KPIs.
• Manage performance metrics, budgets, forecasts and analyses across units.
• Prepare executive presentations with time-sensitive deliverables.
• Identify process improvements and efficiencies.
• Prepare long-term forecasts for strategic planning purposes.
• Handle other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned
