Job summary

Field Technicians in San Francisco seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. You will build integrated three-statement models, drive driver-based planning, and partner with executives to optimize resource allocation and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred but not required.
• 5+ years in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related.
• Proven experience designing and building complex three-statement financial models.
• Strong headcount and compensation modeling experience.
• Experience with budgeting, rolling forecasts, and monthly reporting.
• Solid understanding of accruals, working capital, and cash flow forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with SQL and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the organization.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance integrated financial models (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Design workforce planning models including headcount and compensation.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor liquidity and working capital.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Partner with executives to set financial targets and guide resource allocation.
• Build business cases and ROI analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Analyze revenue, margins, and unit economics across products/services.
• Deliver dashboards and presentations for leadership and investors.
• Improve data integrity and automate recurring reporting across systems.
