We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a growing, fast-paced organization and support decision-making through budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Reporting to FP&A leadership, this role partners closely with operations, revenue cycle, and marketing teams to deliver insights that drive growth and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Provide decision-support analysis and actionable insights on key performance metrics
• Perform variance analysis and trend analysis tied to month-end results
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including assumption modeling and consolidation
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and BI tools
• Conduct ad-hoc financial and operational analysis to support strategic initiatives

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling, complex formulas, auditing workbooks)
• Experience building financial and operational models from scratch
• Strong business partnering and communication skills
• BI and FP&A software experience preferred (Planful a plus)
• Healthcare or dental industry experience a plus, not required
• Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Interested in process improvement and continuous optimization
