Ulta Beauty, a leading North American beauty retailer, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in Corporate FP&A to support quarterly earnings, external guidance, and landing estimates. You will model scenarios linking core drivers to outcomes and partner with Finance teams to craft clear earnings communications.

The role emphasizes advanced Excel models, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in FP&A or corporate finance within a multi-unit environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional financial experience, preferably FP&A or corporate finance.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Prior FP&A experience with financial modeling, forecasting, scenarios, or investor relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly earnings and landing estimates with drivers, trends, and risks.
• Create scenarios linking sales, margin, SG&A to operating income and earnings.
• Prepare executive-level analyses and presentations communicating outlook and sensitivities.
• Collaborate with Corporate FP&A, Investor Relations, Accounting, and Finance teams to ensure accurate communications.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes for faster, higher-quality insights.
