Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A to play a key role in quarterly earnings, external guidance, and in‑year financial analyses.

You will develop analyses linking performance, drivers, risks, and opportunities to expected results, while partnering with Corporate FP&A, Investor Relations, Accounting, and Finance teams. You will build landing estimates, earnings materials, and scenario models to support leadership decisions, with strong emphasis on clear

Competenze

• 3-5 years of professional financial experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investor relations.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and earnings support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to explain financial relationships.
• Understanding of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow drivers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Ability to collaborate across Finance and cross‑functional teams.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI/CPM systems is a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop quarterly earnings and quarter‑end materials with drivers, YoY comparisons, and outlook updates.
• Maintain landing estimates using performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support external guidance by generating analyses of outcomes, assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
• Build in‑year scenario and sensitivity models linking sales, margin, and SG&A to OP and earnings.
• Translate internal outlook and risks into landing estimates and financial scenarios.
• Produce executive‑level analyses and presentations communicating performance and risks.
• Perform post‑quarter reviews to capture learnings for better estimates.
