Job summary

Ulta Beauty, a leading beauty retailer, seeks a Manager of Corporate FP&A to provide financial leadership and business partnership for key corporate functions, including HR-related spend and SG&A insights. You’ll translate financial information into actionable recommendations that support resource allocation and operating leverage.

Strong collaboration across Finance, Procurement, and business leaders is essential.

Qualifications

5–7 years of professional financial experience, preferably in FP&A, corporate finance, business partnership, retail, consumer products, or a multi-unit environment.
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred but not required.
Prior FP&A experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and decision support.
Experience providing financial partnership to HR or other corporate functions, including payroll/benefits analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary FP&A business partner for assigned corporate functions, leading budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and decision support.
Provide financial partnership to HR, supporting workforce planning and understanding payroll, headcount, compensation, and other workforce costs.
Partner with leaders to evaluate financial decisions, opportunities, risks, and trade-offs to align resources with priorities.
Lead FP&A for operating expenses and major cost categories, identifying drivers of spend.
