Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our global finance team. You will drive financial planning, reporting, and analytics, partnering with business leaders to provide real-time insights using AI tools.

You will build dashboards with Tableau or Sigma, support rolling forecasts and budgeting in Pigment, and lead month-end close activities while ensuring data quality and scalable processes.

Qualifications

5–8 years in a finance function with process transformation or automation experience.
Experience with AI tools in a finance workflow (Copilot, Claude, Gemini or similar).
Ability to build dashboards and real-time reporting for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted finance partner to business leaders with timely reporting and analytics.
Deliver management reporting packages and dashboards with Tableau/Sigma for real-time insights.
Support rolling forecasts, budgeting, and variance analysis using Pigment.
Own month-end and quarter-end close activities with accruals, entries, and schedules.
Lead FP&A process re-engineering and automation initiatives using AI tools.
