Job summary

Success Matcher Recruitment seeks a Staff Analyst, FP&A — Systems & AI Automation to modernize the Finance function. You will own the Pigment planning platform, drive budgeting, forecasting, and AI-driven automation across finance processes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in FP&A/Strategic Finance and hands-on Pigment ownership, with strong communication for senior leadership and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, IT, and data teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience.
• 2+ years hands-on Pigment ownership; not just end-user experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling skills.
• Experience building and deploying an AI agent or business automation.
• Experience with SAP or another major ERP.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
• Comfortable working across Finance, systems, data, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the Pigment planning platform, including models, integrations, and hierarchies.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Build and deploy AI and automation solutions for Finance workflows.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business teams.
• Develop financial analysis and insights for senior leadership.
• Support and train users on the planning platform.
