Job summary

Constellis is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. You will build and own driver-based financial models, develop AI-enabled workflows, and create executive-level analyses that help leaders make faster, better decisions.

You will design reusable financial tools to enhance forecasting, reporting, and decision support across the enterprise. This role blends rigorous financial acumen with business judgment and a passion for modernizing finance operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience with ownership of models or forecasts
• Hands-on examples of AI workflows including validation and governance
• Experience preparing executive and board materials; ability to present clearly

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and improve driver-based financial models for revenue, margin, pipeline, and forecast credibility
• Own the rolling forecast and P&L outlook with clear risks and opportunities
• Create executive, board, and lender decks with narrative to explain options and actions
• Evaluate project economics, cash flow, and working-capital drivers; reveal trade-offs
• Build and validate AI workflows for modeling, forecasting, reconciliation, and variance analysis
• Maintain a library of models and workflows with version control and clear lineage
• Execute ad hoc analyses and special projects with clear communication of risks and progress
