Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team, supporting planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis for G&A. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver actionable insights, build robust financial models, and drive data-driven decisions in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

The role emphasizes automation and AI-enabled analytics, with opportunities to influence planning processes, KPI dashboards, and executive summaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or related roles.
• Experience in high-growth tech/SaaS environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify key financial drivers and headcount plans.
• Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting for G&A.
• Build models for expense planning, vendor spend, and scenario analysis.
• Deliver executive-ready insights and dashboards translating data into business action.
• Advise on automation and AI-enhanced forecasting and reporting.
