Job summary

EY is seeking an FP&A Data & Analytics Assistant Director to drive data-driven decision support across the organization. You will partner with Finance, leaders, data architects and engineering teams to develop analytics and AI-enabled solutions that improve performance and create measurable business value.

You’ll lead the evolution of modern FP&A data capabilities using technologies such as Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics or related disciplines.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Experience leading enterprise data, analytics and reporting initiatives.
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills; ETL experience.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Knowledge of data ingestion, transformation, orchestration and production support.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive strategic insights.
• Proven leadership, mentoring or coordination of delivery resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Design and deliver analytics solutions with measurable business value.
• Act as SME for products and platforms, guiding teams.
• Lead discussions to define requirements and priorities.
• Oversee data pipelines from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with data architects to build scalable data architectures.
• Optimize data platforms for performance and cost efficiency.
• Present strategic insights and roadmaps to leaders.
