Veit soughts a Senior Project Manager/Estimator to finalize bids and secure projects, then lead the full lifecycle of contract work. You will coordinate estimates, scheduling, cost containment, and client contact across large, complex programs.

Responsibilities include directing multiple projects, coordinating pre-construction activities, obtaining permits, tracking labor and materials, and ensuring profitability through change orders and scope management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 15+ years estimating and managing large, complex projects.
• Strong bid preparation, cost estimating, and client communication skills.
• Proficiency with Viewpoint Vista, HCSS, and MS Office preferred.

Responsabilités

• Finalize bids and proposals for client and public entity opportunities.
• Provide overall management direction of contract work from start to finish.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings and project staffing.
• Monitor costs, schedules, and compliance across multiple projects.
• Manage billing, invoicing, payables, and receivables with coordination.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project scope and changes.
