Alliance for Justice invites applications for a Senior Foundation Relations Manager to work with the Senior Director, Foundation Relations. The role focuses on submitting proposals, reports, and cultivating foundation relationships to meet revenue goals.

The position supports grants management using EveryAction and ClickUp, with a focus on data-driven stewardship and a strong emphasis on written communications.

Competenze

• 3+ years’ experience in foundation fundraising or 5+ years in development with a foundation relations focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ClickUp (Project Management Software).
• Comfortable working with database software programs such as EveryAction.
• Excellent written communication skills
• Outstanding attention to detail and deadlines
• Resourcefulness and ability to think independently
• Ability to take ownership of a process and use problem-solving skills to resolve issues
• Strong professionalism with the ability to function efficiently in a busy, fast paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision

Mansioni

• Support LOI, reports, and proposals; create templates and drafts for submission.
• Manage a portfolio of funders $75k/year and below; coordinate with Senior Director for growth.
• Coordinate with Finance to obtain budgets for reports and proposals.
• Pull data on grant deliverables with program teams for reports and check-ins.
• Research and prepare briefing memos on foundations and develop a pipeline of prospects.
• Use ClickUp to map project timelines and manage tasks.
• Maintain EveryAction database and Grants Module; update records and status.
• Create grant acknowledgment letters and track in EA; process grant agreements.
• Provide backup support for foundation contacts and other development tasks.
