Alliance for Justice seeks a Senior Foundation Relations Manager to work closely with the Senior Director, Foundation Relations, driving grant revenue through timely proposals and strong foundation relationships. The role includes administrative management tasks across the foundation portfolio and reports directly to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in foundation fundraising or 5+ years in development with a foundation relations focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ClickUp.
• Comfortable working with database software programs such as EveryAction.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and deadlines.
• Resourcefulness and ability to think independently; take ownership of a process.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Director, Foundation Relations in LOI, reports, and proposals; craft templates and first drafts; proofread and format before submission.
• Manage a funder portfolio up to $75k per year; suggest relationship-building and grant-growth ideas.
• Coordinate with Finance to obtain budgets for reports and proposals.
• Pull data on grant deliverables with program teams for reports and check-ins.
• Research and prepare briefing memos on foundations to build a pipeline.
• Use ClickUp to map project timelines and manage tasks.
• Maintain grant boilerplate language and standard templates.
• Support other development team members and grant processes as needed.
