Alliance for Justice (AFJ) seeks a Senior Foundation Relations Manager to work with the Senior Director, Foundation Relations to achieve AFJ's grant revenue goals through timely proposals and reports, and to deepen relationships with AFJ's foundations.

The role involves grant writing, data management in EveryAction, coordinating with program teams, and maintaining boilerplate language; the position can be fully remote within the United States.

Qualificações

• 3+ years' experience in foundation fundraising or 5+ years in development with a foundation relations focus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ClickUp (Project Management Software)
• Comfortable working with database software programs such as EveryAction
• Excellent written communication skills
• Outstanding attention to detail and deadlines
• Resourcefulness and ability to think independently
• Ability to take ownership of a process and use problem-solving skill to solve issues
• Strong professionalism with the ability to function efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision

Responsabilidades

• Grant Writing: Support the Senior Director, Foundation Relations in the completion of LOI, report and proposal deadlines.
• Manage foundation grants data and reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with program teams to gather information for reports and proposals.
• Maintain boilerplate language and templates for foundation communications.
• Liaise with Finance for budgets and grant renewals.
