Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to guide strategic technical deployments for enterprise customers in a fully remote US-based role. You will own deployments, build integrations, and drive technical direction while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

You will develop scalable solutions, improve observability, and empower clients with reliable, production-grade software across environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong programming experience in Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar languages.
• Experience building and deploying production software.
• Strong systems, API, integration, and debugging skills.
• Experience working directly with customers or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication and technical problem-solving skills.
• High ownership and ability to independently drive projects.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and operational challenges.
• Build, deploy, and customize production solutions in customer environments.
• Develop integrations, automation, APIs, and internal tooling.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product and engineering requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across application and infrastructure layers.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to improve platform capabilities.
• Own projects from technical discovery through deployment and iteration.
• Develop reusable solutions that can scale across multiple customers.
• Improve deployment processes, documentation, observability, and reliability.
