Job summary

Pragmatike, a fast-growing AI infrastructure company, is seeking a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer to lead complex deployments for enterprise customers. You will translate customer needs into scalable solutions, own deployments from discovery to iteration, and work closely with product and engineering teams.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of software engineering, strong Python/TypeScript/Go skills, and proven experience deploying production software with customer-facing roles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong programming in Python, TypeScript, or Go.
• Experience building and deploying production software.
• Experience with customer-facing deployments.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and operational challenges.
• Build, deploy, and customize production solutions in customer environments.
• Develop integrations, automation, APIs, and internal tooling.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product and engineering requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across application and infrastructure layers.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to improve platform capabilities.
• Own projects from technical discovery through deployment and iteration.
• Develop reusable solutions that can scale across multiple customers.
• Improve deployment processes, documentation, observability, and reliability.
• Act as a technical advisor and trusted engineering partner to customers.
