Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to drive strategic technical deployments for enterprise customers. You will lead deployments, build integrations, and shape operating models while working remotely in the United States.

The role requires strong coding skills (Python/TypeScript/Go), production experience, and excellent problem-solving. You will partner with Product and Engineering to improve the platform and own projects end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong programming in Python, TypeScript, or Go.
• Experience deploying production software.
• Strong systems, API, and debugging skills.
• Experience working directly with customers or cross-functional teams.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and technical problem-solving.
• High ownership to independently drive projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to gather requirements and challenges.
• Build, deploy, and tailor production solutions in customer environments.
• Develop integrations, automation, APIs, and internal tooling.
• Translate feedback into actionable product and engineering work.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across app and infra layers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance platform capabilities.
• Lead projects from discovery through deployment and iteration.
• Create reusable solutions scalable to multiple customers.
• Improve deployment processes, observability, and reliability.
