Job summary

Pragmatike is recruiting for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to work with a fast-growing technology company delivering AI-powered infrastructure for enterprise customers. The role combines software development, systems thinking, and hands-on implementation in customer environments.

You will build and deploy production solutions, integrate APIs, and translate customer requirements into scalable platform improvements, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong programming experience in Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar languages.
• Experience building and deploying production software.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and operational challenges.
• Build, deploy, and customize production solutions in customer environments.
• Develop integrations, automation, APIs, and internal tooling.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product and engineering requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across application and infrastructure layers.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to improve platform capabilities.
• Own projects from technical discovery through deployment and iteration.
• Develop reusable solutions that can scale across multiple customers.
• Improve deployment processes, documentation, observability, and reliability.
