Job summary

Intermedia is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead AI application deployments in customer environments. You will own engagements from discovery through go-live, partnering with product and engineering to translate business needs into deployed solutions.

You will work on AI-powered voice agents, intelligent routing, virtual assistants, and CRM integrations, ensuring successful outcomes and measurable impact for clients across the United States.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in professional services or customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud deployment and CRM integrations.
• Familiarity with contact center platforms and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing deployments from kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with IT, CX, CRM, and exec stakeholders.
• Translate workflows into business requirements and solution designs.
• Configure and deploy AI applications across voice/digital channels and CRM.
• Design contact center AI workflows and integration with CRM systems.
