Job summary

Aircall seeks a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer for Key Accounts to own embedded, long-term AI-driven deployments across strategic global customers. You will lead cross-functional engagements with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to design, deploy, and scale agentic AI solutions, while staying in the driver seat on technical strategy.

This is a high-autonomy role focused on value delivery, cross-account expansion, and building repeatable frameworks with measurable business

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technical consulting and enterprise deployments.
• Strong API knowledge and experience with integrations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional programs with engineering and product.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a sustained, embedded relationship with each account in your portfolio.
• Partner with the KAM on joint account plans and expansion pipelines.
• Land the first use case fast, then expand use case by use case.
• Lead discovery sessions mapping business processes and automation opportunities.
• Design, build, and deploy integrations using low-code platforms and CRM tools.
• Configure the AI Agent with intents, prompts, and performance metrics.
• Manage complex, cross-functional deployments with timelines and scope.
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate feasibility and share field learnings.
• Create scalable models and reusable frameworks for expansion.
• Mentor FDEs and run internal enablement workshops.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership to drive expansion pipeline and forecast.
• Contribute to expansion pipeline and ARR within your portfolio.
• Shape the AI Agent roadmap with Product and PMM.
