Job summary

FullStack seeks Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to identify AI opportunities, architect solutions, and deliver in production environments. You will work across consultant, operator, and engineer roles, validating business cases with executives and delivering scoped AI implementations in real customer systems.

You will craft end-to-end agentic architectures, manage tool integrations, and drive reliable delivery in regulated environments while collaborating with Fortune 500

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development with a mainstream stack.
• 1–4 years building and shipping LLM-powered and agentic AI systems.
• Advanced English is required.
• A four-year college degree is required.
• Experience with APIs, service design, and distributed systems.
• Experience designing and owning CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong context and specification engineering skills.
• Enterprise integration patterns knowledge.
• Experience leading client-facing discovery calls.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Discover by running workshops with stakeholders and define scoped viewpoints.
• Structure process and specifications for automation.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems and integration.
• Build working systems: agents, automations, tooling.
• Engineer the delivery system with CI/CD and environments.
• Consult with CTOs/VPs and support pre-sales scoping.
