Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to deploy, operationalize, and scale AI-powered workflows for enterprise customers. You will work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into deployable AI solutions.

This role emphasizes Modern LLM engineering, prompt/context design, RAG, and secure, compliant integrations within ServiceNow and enterprise ecosystems. Travel ~70% with strong client-facing responsibility.

Qualifications

Experience deploying AI workflows in enterprise environments.
Strong background in large language models and integration patterns.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures and production-ready AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and operationalize agentic AI workflows and AI-powered automations in client environments.
Translate customer requirements into technical architectures and production plans.
Integrate NewRocket agent packs and AI accelerators into enterprise ecosystems.
Collaborate with customer teams to tailor AI solutions to operating models and data sources.
Communicate AI capabilities, limitations, and adoption considerations to stakeholders.
