Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to deploy, operationalize, and scale AI-powered workflows for enterprise clients. You will translate business needs into technical architectures, integrate AI accelerators, and work closely with customer teams to tailor solutions within ServiceNow and other enterprise ecosystems.

Sent to collaborate with AI Foundry, product teams, and stakeholders; responsibilities include demos, prototyping, and ensuring secure, scalable production

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or related technical delivery roles.
• Strong engineering foundation with hands-on full-stack development, scripting, APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience building, deploying, or supporting AI/LLM-powered applications, AI-enabled automations, and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and modern cloud-based development practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deployment in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and operationalize agentic AI workflows and automations within client environments.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures, plans, and production-ready AI solutions.
• Integrate NewRocket agents, accelerators, and workflows into enterprise ecosystems.
• Work directly with customer teams to tailor AI solutions to operating models and data sources.
• Support discovery sessions, pilots, and production rollouts; communicate capabilities and limitations clearly.
