Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15 years of related experience or a Master's degree and 12 years of related experience, with 7+ years in a leadership role with significant impact.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensed is required, with multiple states preferred.
• Previous deposition and testimony experience is required.
• Proven track record of customer relationship management and staff management and development
• Demonstrated leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Support MD in meeting budget and driving revenue for the practice area.
• Develop and retain key accounts; expand engagements within the practice area.
• Delegate assignments to direct reports and ensure high-quality work product.
• Monitor utilization, AR, and discretionary spending for the practice.
• Build relationships with decision-makers in strategic accounts and cross-sell services.
• Meet or exceed defined utilization targets and revenue goals.
• Identify potential new market segments and alert MD for evaluations.
• Travel as necessary to support client, employee, and leadership needs.
• Establish quality control of service delivery and lead in resolving challenges.
