Job summary

The Vertex Companies, LLC is seeking a Senior Forensic Engineer to bolster its civil litigation expert team, including construction defect matters. The role entails testifying and providing expert support, plus leadership over a consultants group, in a dynamic, growth-focused practice.

You will drive project leadership, client relationships, and staff development while aligning with company values and delivering high-quality, timely results for complex disputes.

Qualifications

• PE license required; multiple states preferred.
• Prior deposition/testimony experience required.
• Proven track record of customer relationship management and staff development.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of consultants within the forensic practice.
• Support business development and expansion of client engagements.
• Oversee project delivery to meet budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
