Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with years of experience as specified in the ad.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; multiple states preferred.
• Deposition and testimony experience required.
• Proven track record in customer relationship management and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Testify and provide expert support on civil cases, including construction defect matters.
• Lead and develop a team of consultants, including hiring, placement and career growth.
• Support client satisfaction and employee engagement across the forensic practice.
• Drive business development and strategic planning to meet defined budgets and revenue goals.
• Ensure quality service and compliance with all applicable regulations.
