Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a General Foreman for stationary and electrical maintenance at East Boulder Mine, McLeod, MT. You will direct safe, compliant maintenance of critical assets and drive outages and planning in collaboration with supervisors and planners.

You will lead a team to ensure asset availability, regulatory compliance, and cost control, while developing leadership and maintaining high safety standards in an underground/mineral-processing setting.

Qualifikationen

• Seven years of progressive maintenance experience involving stationary, fixed-plant, industrial mechanical and electrical assets.
• Experience leading maintenance or electrical employees as a frontline supervisor.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field preferred.
• Trade qualification or equivalent training in industrial electrical or related maintenance preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead safe, reliable, compliant maintenance of stationary assets and electrical systems.
• Set priorities, approvals, and outages in line with plans.
• Define authority for mechanical isolations and electrical switching and return to service.
• Verify qualifications, training, and safety readiness for upcoming work.
• Coordinate outages, access, commissioning, and return-to-service requirements.
• Manage labor, materials, outages, and costs within budget.
• Develop annual operating budget for Stationary and Electrical Maintenance.
• Coach and develop Supervisors and Planners.
