Qualifications

• Five years of relevant industrial or mine electrical maintenance experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience with electrical systems, safety practices, and task training.
• Strong understanding of safety and compliance programs; ability to lead and train staff.

Responsabilités

• Reinforce safety and compliance with standards; stop unsafe work and take corrective action.
• Visit workplace each shift to review exams and equipment inspections.
• Verify training and site authorizations; coordinate with Safety and Planner.
• Provide coaching and feedback; support hiring and performance actions.
• Identify maintenance needs and report to Planner with accurate data.
• Review weekly schedules with Planner and communicate constraints.
• Create Daily Shift Plan assigning tasks, people, tools, priorities.
• Review work packets for scope, hazards, tests; return non-executable work.
• Direct electricians on electrical systems; ensure materials and tools are available.
• Coordinate outages and handoffs; verify quality and tests before release.
• Document work orders and follow up on defects or changes.
• Manage timesheets and payroll approvals.
• Other duties as assigned.
