Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a General Foreman for Stationary & Electrical Maintenance at the East Boulder Mine in McLeod, MT. The role leads safe, reliable maintenance of stationary mechanical and electrical systems, aligning planning with frontline execution.

You will set priorities, approve outages, and develop Supervisors and Planners while ensuring asset availability, compliance, and cost efficiency in a demanding mining environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in maintenance or heavy industrial roles, with 1–2 years in a lead role.
• Seven years of progressive maintenance experience involving stationary, fixed-plant, or related assets.
• Experience leading maintenance or electrical employees as frontline supervisor.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field preferred.
• Trade qualification or equivalent training in industrial electrical or related maintenance preferred.

• Set priorities and approve maintenance and outage commitments.
• Develop Planners and Supervisors and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate outages, isolations, and return-to-service controls.
